This program caters to girls between the ages of 5 and 11. Every Thursday from June to August, the girls meet a new princess who helps them develop their leadership skills.

We pair girls ages 12-18 with mentors whose interests and careers align. Our volunteer experts are experts in their subjects and must pass a background check before being paired with one of our girls.
What's Next for the Grit Girl Group?
Expansion Plans
We are excited to be wrapping up phase two of our expansion plan at the end of this year, following our last fundraising efforts for Giving Tuesday and our Walmart Grant application. In January 2023 we will transition into phase three which includes solidifying the official dates for our quarterly Networking Nights and launching an additional program aimed at supporting girls ages 12-18 years old.
